Copyright: All copyright of this site and printed photo cards is wholly owned and reserved by Mini Ink. No part may be reproduced in whole or part without written permission beforehand.
Privacy: Your personal details are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party.
& Payment: All prices are subject to change without notification.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. We accepted
direct deposit internet transfer, PayPal, cheque, money order and
Minimum Orders: We have a minimum order of 25 photo announcements. And a minimum order of $85 with all enlargements.
Delivery: Allow at least 2 weeks delivery time from commencement of your announcement to when you receive the final product. Your response time to order confirmation emails, the time it takes to clear funds, proof approval, changes, final approval and Australia Post, are all factors influencing the time it takes for you to receive your product.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. We cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. Urgent delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly. Since we use a third party for shipping, Mini Ink cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times are the sole liability of the client/customer. We advise providing allowances for any unexpected delays when ordering.
Proofs: A low resolution digital image of your announcement will be sent via email. Proofing your announcement is VITAL. Once a proof is sent to print no refunds or changes can be made.By accepting your proof, you are confirming that your print is EXACTLY as you wish it to look. Orders will not be sent to print without your approval. We allow for 3 ammendment proofs (each proof can have as many amendments as you like). Any additional proofs will be charged at $15 per proof.
Photography: Mini Ink will not be responsible for the use of photographs supplied by a client that are under a copy write agreement. The use of professional photographs must be under the consent of the copy write holder.
Errors: Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the clients expense regardless of how the error occurred. It is your responsibility to check all proofs are correct.
